Booking and Payment

• Reservation requests should be sent via e-mail.
• The reservation will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit for 2 nights stay.
• Please inform us which method of payment you wish to use for the deposit, either via bank transfer or credit card and we will send you all the necessary details.
• If you cancel the booking the deposit will not be returned.
• The total remaining balance to be paid at the reception desk on arrival.
• We accept Credit/debit cards.
• Prices are per day and are for self-catering only.
• All prices are fully inclusive of taxes.
• After 2 years you pay a supplement per night per person in an extra bed:
• APARTMENT: € 10,00 child ( 2-12 years) – € 15,00 adult.
• VILLA: € 15,00 child ( 2-12 years ) – € 20,00 adult.
• Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Transfers between the Airport and Galera Beach Apartments and Villas can be arranged upon request as follows:

• 1 a 4 people 46€ (one way).
• 5-10 people 78€ (one way).
• 9-18 people 118€ (ida).

A safe

• A safe is available in each apartment at a hire charge of 2,50€/day.

The reception is open from:

• 9:00 am -5:00 pm
• Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 am – 13:00 pm.

Check-In

• On arrival the check-in schedule of the apartment any moment is ready throughout the day. (Between 09:00 am and 4:00 pm).
• If you arrive before the apartment is not clean you can leave your luggage in reception and use the other facilities until the apartment is clean.

Check-Out

• On departure day the apartment should be freed not later than 11:00.am.
• If you want to stay longer should check availability with reception and pay an extra 30€ for apartments and 40€ for the villas.

Other Services and conditions.

• Apartments are cleaned 3 days per week and towels 3 days per week. Linen are provided and changed weekly.
• No pets allowed
